31 Jan 2027
Final commercial shutdown date for the French copper network. Technical shutdowns follow in batches until end of 2030 — FTTO, SIP or SD-WAN migration must be planned now.

01 · ACCESS
Professional internet access
Four access families, sized by criticality and budget. Each site gets the most relevant offer, not a one-size-fits-all grid.
FTTO — Dedicated business fibre
Dedicated professional optical fibre (Fiber To The Office). Guaranteed symmetric bandwidth from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Contractual SLA (4h business-hours GTR, optional 4h 24/7 GTR). Fixed IP. Ideal for critical sites, hosting, multi-site, SD-WAN.
Business FTTH — Shared fibre
Professional Fiber To The Home. Downstream speeds up to 8 Gbps. Optimised cost, pro SLA support with best-effort commitment. Ideal for small business, single-site SMB, remote workers, FTTO failover.
FTTE — Enterprise Ethernet fibre
Dedicated Ethernet fibre with high symmetric throughput (1–10 Gbps), throughput commitment and reinforced SLA. A compromise between FTTH and FTTO for organisations needing guarantees without FTTO cost.
SDSL / xDSL copper links
Copper solutions for sites not eligible for fibre (rural areas, remote sites). Symmetric pro SDSL, xDSL as backup, automatic 4G/5G failover.
02 · INTERCONNECT
Multi-site interconnect
MPLS for pure private networks, SD-WAN for modern aggregation, VPN for roaming and lightweight site-to-site.
MPLS — operator private network
Multiprotocol Label Switching. Secure private IP network between your sites, no internet transit. Native QoS (voice, video, data), end-to-end SLA, ideal for multi-site with real-time critical applications.
SD-WAN — intelligent aggregation
Software-Defined WAN. Multi-link aggregation (fibre + xDSL + 4G/5G), sub-second automatic failover, central rule orchestration, application QoS (Teams, voice, SAP prioritised). Fast ROI on multi-site organisations.
Site-to-site & roaming VPN
IPSec or SSL VPN, central management, mandatory MFA, connection logging. Compatible with Stormshield, Zyxel, pfSense. Turns any internet access into a private network leg.
03 · OPERATIONS
Our role as integrated operator
One contact: we own the infrastructure carrier relationship, you stay focused on the business.
Audit & engineering
Fibre eligibility study (FTTH/FTTO/FTTE) by address, existing-link analysis, sizing, carrier comparison, technology choice by criticality and budget.
Order & deployment
Order, connection follow-up (4 to 12 weeks depending on offer), coordination with the infrastructure carrier (Orange, SFR, Free Pro, Bouygues, Adista, etc.), technical acceptance validation.
Link MCO
Continuous supervision via CheckMk + BISPRO Monitor, carrier escalation on incident, SLA management, contract upsizing as usage grows.
Migration & cutover
Cutover without downtime (parallel run, stabilisation period, documented rollback plan). Preservation of IP ranges and numbers where possible.
